6.1 Trading Fees

6.2 Fee Changes

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days in advance.

6.3 Network Fees

Blockchain network fees (gas fees) are separate from our service fees and are paid directly to network validators. These fees are subject to network conditions and are not controlled by alignexpro.

7.1 Market Risks

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and can experience rapid price fluctuations. You may lose your entire investment.

7.2 Technology Risks

• Platform downtime or technical failures

alignexpro does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, delays, or technical issues.

9.2 Financial Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by law, alignexpro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9.3 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the actions, content, or services of third parties. Links to external websites are provided for convenience only.

9.4 Maximum Liability

In no event shall alignexpro's total liability exceed the total fees paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.

10.1 Voluntary Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. You must withdraw all funds before account closure.

10.2 Involuntary Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Fail to complete identity verification

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You must withdraw your funds within 30 days of termination, after which we reserve the right to charge maintenance fees.
